ABA Terms & Conditions (Residential Paving)

Upon acceptance of our estimate, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required via credit card (Visa & MasterCard accepted) in order to schedule your residential paving project. Deposit will be applied against final invoice. First installment is equal to 1/3 of the project total, including HST, which will be invoiced following Stage 1- Asphalt Removal / Re-Grading. Final 2/3 of invoice balance is due upon completion of Stage 2- Asphalt Paving, minus deposit. ABA’s preferred method of payment is either e-transfer to info@aba-construction-bu, personal cheque OR wire transfer. *Credit card on file will be used to process for payment after 48 hours unless payment has been received in full. **A 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card charges, excluding deposit.

Commercial Paving & Maintenance Projects

Dating of invoices is available up to 30 days with expressed written consent from ABA. Deposit equal to 50% of the project total including HST is required in order to be added to our service route when dating is requested.
